The Termostav-Mráz, s.r.o. Company in Košice continues the long-time history and experience of the Termostav Bratislava Concern – Management 3 in Košice, established on 2 January 1962. The commission of a newly established building management, and later on of the Concern, was to carry out construction works like refractory linings and heat insulation for the purpose of intensive development of this industrial branch in Eastern Slovakia. First employees of the building management underwent a professional preparation and practical training in the premises of metallurgy complexes of that time in Ostrava and Třinec.
